The room was so beautiful. Our tv wasn’t working so we called front desk… someone was up within 5 mins… couldn’t fix the tv so he brought us a new one! It was all done within 15 mins. The hotel smells great! The shower products were so luxurious. This hotel was worth every penny! Thank you so much for making our 10 year anniversary special! "

I also like that the location is very central and easy access to many restaurants and one train to JFK from Grand central station which is a few minutes walk away "

"I traveled alone, and arrived at 6am, so they checked my bag, and I went exploring until my room was ready, staff very accommodating. This hotel is old, and could use an update, the room didn’t have any creatures scurrying about, which was nice because I’m not use to sharing a bed with bugs. I’m a theatre goer, and this hotel is located on the same block with three theaters. All in all I’d stay here again"
