"Oh this is by far my favorite place to stay in Tennessee. The hotel has this amazing smell for starters! The rooms are awesome the staff were friendly!! I want to go back and stay again!! I hated leaving! The Waterpark is so awesome kids had a blast it was such a great time to end the day they had a cute bowling game we liked and arcade was fun. They had so much to do in the hotel and the fudge was great too "

"The gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was in a great location close to the LeConte Center and shopping. The only minor complaint I have is the air conditioner was a bit noisy when it came on. Overall I would definitely stay there again"

"Quiet property. Warm and inviting lobby. Clean rooms. Wonderful service from staff. This is our third year booking this hotel. Check in has always been fast, friendly and welcoming. We always book a king room. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet. Keep in mind this is a pet friendly hotel. You may hear the occasional bark from another room. The staff at the front desk always greets you as you come and go throughout the day. The property is within a quick walk or drive to many restaurants or shopping opportunities. We always enjoy a day drive to Gatlinburg or Dollywood. There is so much to do in the area. You can’t go wrong with a trip to The Great Smoky Mountains. "

"Wayback is in a very convenient location. They have a wonderful breakfast. The only down sides are the noise from the strip and parking is hard to navigate. There was live entertainment by the pool. It is a nice place to stay."
