"The hotel itself is good. On par for expectations. The breakfast was ok - mostly good except for the powdered eggs. The location is great - right across the street from the convention center. Free parking out front if you can get a spot is nice or you can pay $15 for garage. The spicy bits: a fall down drunk client and the front desk clerk who threatened to use his new, top of the line taser on him. :-)"

"Frontdesk staff was very nice and very helpful!! Room was great, we were on the 3rd floor so we had a view of the town, which we enjoyed. The only awkward part was getting to the hotel. Google had some issues because one of the driveways is chained off and Google doesn't know that."

"This is a lovely and new hotel in downtown Spokane! I stayed 2 nights while on the business trip. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable! The hotel sits at the intersection with the gates around, so pretty safe. Best to go dining outside of the downtown. Andrea from Toronto. "
