"It is an older property but every necessity was taken care of. It was very clean and felt like home and family. The chef was also excellent. The presentation and quality of the food was on point. I travel the world and stay many places but rarely leave a review. I’m not even from the same country of this property but it was quite clear somebody takes a lot of pride in it. It really did make me feel like home."

"Fine hotel, but there’s room for improvement. Was traveling with my friend through Romania and this hotel was one of the less service minded. When we checked it the reception guy had limited English skills. Even in the restaurant there was lack of communication skills. But we manage to order anyway with pointing on the menu card :-) I would suggest the restaurant to welcomes their guest instead of looking scared at “English people” breakfast felt awkward. "Great place, far from the world, with a great view on Mount Omu. Spa and pool are great as well (even if we shared them with a family with awful kids...). Cocktail with a view, great dinner with a view, and amazing breakfast with a view. The only thing was that we booked for 3 with our 6-year-old daughter who had no bed because considered as "sleeping with parents in a king size bed". We should have booked an extra-bed... which was not mentionned neither by Hotels.com nor the hotel. the hotel...
