"Easy to find with its own driveway and address, this basement apartment is surprisingly light and bright, cheerfully decorated and with lots of thoughtful touches like cottonballs and tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The first is that the ceiling has poor sound insulation so the footsteps of guests in unit above us were quite loud and woke all light sleepers in our group up with their early wake up time.
