"The property itself is in good condition & surprisingly clean. The room was much smaller than expected. No couch, no real space to open/keep luggage/clothing accessible (2 bed room) unless you’re using the closet. We weren’t staying long enough for that. The tub was stained around the drain area, TV, bathroom, & mirrors were a bit dusty, but overall acceptable. We checked out earlier than expected because the work at our home was finished & given the compact room & obnoxiously noisy A/C system, we were ready to leave at that point. I will say, they were awesome in accommodating an early check in, & Ashley at the front desk went above & beyond by coming to our rescue! She found us some desperately needed condiments for a late breakfast we picked up nearby & they failed to provide us w/the basic necessities. Great coffee/tea access in lobby area, staff was very pleasant & the free breakfast was more than adequate. Super shout out to Ashley & Mattie for the extra effort! Thank you! Highly recommend checking out Robeks nearby for fresh juice/smoothies! Delish. "

"The bathroom needs an upgrade, the floor tiles are broken and loose! Breakfast was just ok should have more viraety if it's a breakfast buffet, it's more like a continental."

"The check-in process was quick and easy and he was very friendly however, when I got in my room, the TV didn’t work, later that evening I realized there were no towels in the room, except for a single hand towel by the sink when I asked the front desk person for some towels. I was informed that he was unable to get them and I had to wait for housekeeping however, when I asked in the morning, once housekeeping had arrived, the front desk person showed me where the towels had been the night before and said housekeeping has them all you have to go track them down meaning the man just didn’t feel like getting up to get me a towel from 7 feet away from where he was sitting… "
