Very impressed with his quick responses to questions, before arrival and during our stay Although the property is being upgraded, hence we had a few little hiccups. But overall, loved the ambiance. "Great hotel in a stunning property with really friendly staff at reception. Had an issue with bathroom shower which sprayed onto the wall and then the floor - apparently a result of bath/shower design so the staff couldn't help. Otherwise had a great stay with good food, although the restaurant was pricey. Would stay again though."
