"It's a basic hotel, basic cleanliness, basic maintenance."

"The rooms were not well maintained, the sheets and bedding were acceptable. However, the bathroom was not clean in any of the four rooms that I reserved. We had to actually be switched out of one room because it reeked of cigarettes. Additionally, the noise level was horrendous. There were children running on the floor above us literally all night. We had reserved rooms for my father‘s funeral, and we got absolutely no sleep. When we tried to contact the front desk, there was no one to answer....
