"My stay was okay. Would have appreciated better customer service. Tried reaching out via their messenger system and nobody responded. The day of my reservation I called and was put on hold twice and call dropped for over 10-15 minutes trying to reach someone. Requested a refrigerator since I am traveling with a child who has formula and it was a delay of 1.5 to get the refrigerator brought to the room. For the cost of the night and reviews I expected better service."

"Great place. Right downtown. Friendly staff. Nice clean rooms."

"Perfect for my one night stay with friends!!"

"The room was extremely clean and well maintained, parking is valet and can be paid using incidentals hold which is rather convenient. The staff were very helpful and courteous."

"Most relaxing and chill hotel stay. The staff was kind, flexible, and helpful. The lobby was designed to bring people together to read, relax, reflect or get a little work done."

"Great location, well organized & stocked complimentary breakfast, helpful staff, and generally clean room but some carpeting in hallways and common areas soiled"

"Very welcoming staff."

"My favorite was the luxurious bedding - like sleeping on a cloud. Staff very helpful and accommodating. A great location for tourists wanting to explore the historic sites nearby."
