"It was ok! Missed AC!"

"Overall, we had an ok experience here. The hotel doesn't have AC, but with the windows open, the room cooled down at night. The most disappointing thing about our stay here was the non-functioning wi-fi. The room description on Travelocity states that they have free wi-fi, but we only had service for about 5 minutes during out 3-day stay. The woman working most days at the hotel didn't speak English so we weren't able to get it to work. "

"The location of the hotel is excelent. I had booked 2 tooms. A Junior Suite with Lake view 269sq/ft and a Superior double with Terrace at 179sq/ft. However the 179sq/ft Superior double room was much better for the value because the size difference is the square footage of the terraces. "We stayed in Malcesine for four nights and paid extra for a lake-view room, which was absolutely worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the morning or in the evening with a drink, taking in the beautiful lake and surrounding mountains, was one of the highlights of our stay.
