"Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also. "

We were given a room but then was contacted shortly after to say the room wasn’t up to the hotels standard and that we would get upgraded. They also gave us a drinks and breakfast voucher.
