It was an amazing experience ,very good location ,very hospitable staff,great breakfast. Room was clean and perfect. It is Walking distance to jbr beach ,marina mall,and DMCC metro station . I highly recommend this hotel

The hotel setting is beautiful and serene with the 3 km river running through it, pool, kids play, waterpark and private beach. We had 2 adjoining rooms overlooking the river and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant and gave us a warm welcome. They also took care of any bookings we needed like transportation and activities. There are a lot of good restaurants and food was excellent especially at the Al Alhambra. Absolutely loved our time at the Mona A Salam. The breakfast and dinner buffets are other worldly. The bed was spacious and comfortable, even the sofa bed. The pool area was extremely relaxing, Wild Wadi was super fun and the service was too notch. We splurged in the meet and greet/airport transfer service which was divine. All and all a luxurious time.

Wow. We couldn't stop saying "Wow!" Everything was spotless. Everything was exceptional. The details were well-thought-out. The butler service was outstanding. We checked in late on a Thursday night (midnight) and took an abra to Koubba Bar, which closes at 3 am -perfect! Great atmosphere with outside seating overlooking the Burj Al Arab. Another WOW! The best hotel ever Clean, beautiful n amazing

We (family of 4) stayed here for 4 nights. Had booked 2 separate rooms but were upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. Our stay was a faultless 5-star experience from start to finish. A big Thank You to all staff, who were all very kind and helpful. We especially liked the great view of Dubai Creek, The Frame and the downtown skyline incl. Burj Khalifa. The room was spacious and very well designed. We also enjoyed the breakfast and its food selection. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and the staff were absolutely amazing! Lastly, we enjoyed a spa day which was absolutely more than we had ever experienced anywhere else. Overall, this was a wonderful stay for my husband and I.

Hotel and staff 10/10 breakfast and service 10/10 love the area and view. The only downside is the noise coming from construction next door. The checkout was great experience provided by the front desk lady.

Perfect for spending quality time with kids and family..

Zabeel is my fav part of Dubai. I have been doing work related projects in Dubai for a long time and everytime I would go back to Zabeel. The most amazing staff (even for the high service level in Dubai), rooms are cozy and comfortable, honestly one of the best gyms I have used of all the hotels I have stayed all over the word, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast is to die for. Will come back everytime that I am in Dubai for sure.

The resort is top of the line in all areas. It's so beautiful and every detail complements the next. The staff are all professional and a delight to interact with. My 50th birthday in Dubai was like a dream come true. We can't wait to return.
