The hotel had elegant decor and the room was clean and luxurious. Ameer from Rayna Tours provided excellent tour options which were truly a once in a lifetime experience. Breakfast was deliciously exquisite and the personalized service was impeccable. Met breakfast attendant Khalid Karadisi on the first day and he remembered my name every single time I entered the breakfast area. He was extremely polite, well mannered and offered superb service which was second to none. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people!
