Hotel is super clean and staffs were great. Also, like the prayer room and the cleanliness of it. Only feedback I would give is to have a separate pool for male and female, so the Muslims can use the pool without feeling awkward. "

"Apartment was perfectly located. We had a corner apartment overlooking Burj Khalifa and fountains. Overall perfect for our short break. The only issue was the communication both prior to us arriving and on arrival. We had no contact number and spent 2 hours in reception area before we could leave cases. Then we were given incorrect contact number to arrange check in. This should be improved. "

"The location and overall impression was good when I stayed with my wife there but on the last day everything was ruined when a housekeeping staff member entered our room without our permission while we were sleeping inside the room. That was unacceptable as it was a severe intrusion to our privacy. I reported to the manager but he responded formally. So I have to call the police and they responded very fast. My privacy and security of valuables was compromised so I don't know whats their policy...
