"The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 kids; the service was amazing - from the warm welcome from Frank when we arrived to help from others throughout our stay, nothing was too much travel. The hotel is also conveniently located with a regular shuttle to Dubai Mall & plenty of taxis. It is a very busy hotel though so breakfast and reception were swarming with people! Will definitely come back here"

"The hotel is small, centrally located, close to the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It was clean, pretty, you can't beat the price. The only thing I didn't like is that the front door staff push too hard for people to get the private taxis that are there at the hotel which are more expensive than the regular government taxis. The front desk helps with changing currency, they're very polite and helpful about anything we needed. There is a night club on the second floor that we never got to go to, also a restaurant and bar off the lobby and a la carta restaurant/bakery that was really good, a bit expensive. The gym is really small but gets the job done if you just want to get some exercise done we didn't use the pool but walked by and it is small with nice views of the khalifa and the creek."

"The Armani Hotel is of course a luxurious place to stay and every beautiful detail will leave you amazed. But what stands out the most is the incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. I have never felt so cared for in a hotel as I did here. The Armani has the absolute best of the best when it comes to staff. Each person I walked past was so friendly and polite. From check in, they let us sit down while they handled the rest and provided us drinks while we relaxed. The wait staff at the restaurants I enjoyed onsite were just beyond wonderful and sweet. They gave me a rose and a personalized birthday greeting on a cappuccino which was so unexpected and thoughtful. And everyone I encountered always checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. There is no place like this one. To me, this should be considered a 10 star hotel. The Armani is hands down the best!"

Your warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. Pawan and Nazrul at the pool bar were also exceptional – offering attentive, friendly service while we relaxed poolside. You both helped create the perfect chill-out atmosphere. We had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Brasserie, Miss Tess, and Treehouse, sampling the taster menus at both Bombay Brasserie and Miss Tess. Every flavour was thoughtfully crafted, and the dishes complemented each other beautifully. Special thanks to Dechen at Miss Tess for her impeccable attention to detail – you were fantastic. A lovely surprise awaited me on my birthday – cake and balloons, a thoughtful gesture that touched me deeply. It’s this level of care and attention that sets the Taj apart. Now, I do want to mention one unfortunate aspect – not with the hotel, but with some self-entitled guests we encountered during our stay. "We booked our stay for 4 nights at Double tree..it was a pleasant & memorable stay. The hotel was an excellent choice..the location n facilities all added to our wonderful stay.Hotel staff was very warm n cordial..our receptionist Shreya was very helping and always came out with a solution for our queries 😊 The location of the hotel was quite central n we could get Indian food at walking distance . Would highly recommend the place n I would definitely come back for another holiday at Double Tree 😊👍👍"
