"Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) *"

"Convenient location for the airport & as a base to visit the area. The beach shuttle is a great facility & gives you the opportunity of relaxing for a day or 2 on arrival or before travelling home. "Roons are very clean. If any little thing is wrong it is corrected straight away by housekeeping. Staff in the restaurant are welcoming, attentive, and friendly. Excellent spa, great masseurs Neehar and others. The hotel could think about updating showers and some towels are no longer brilliant white, bit grey, but very clean. The water taxi was not available one day as it was being serviced there is a bridge open in the day by the aquarium. "
