"Spacious room and access to kitchen facilities. Very handy to transport- buses, trains and ferry. Great cafe and food store nearby. Minimally furnished and only one towel for 4 days. Bedding smelt of tobacco smoke and not sure how clean the bedlinen was especially duvet and pillow. No response to my messages."

Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. "We booked a double room. However, two days before our scheduled stay, we received an e-mail offering us a free upgrade to a studio, with a full kitchen. We gratefully accepted. The property was delightful, and gave us the opportunity to shop locally, and cater for ourselves. There was parking right outside the door, and the local village was delightful. Recommended without reservation."
