"We came to town for the Hills of Home festival, we have never stayed here but thought we would try it out because the pictures look great online. We checked in very paste at night, soon after getting in the room, my wife and son, who have asthma, both began experiencing breathing problems. The room was so dirty, in fact the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever been in. I opened the drawer by the coffee bar where there was old food crumbs and a ton of dust, and the smell of dead mouse made me vomit. There were rat feces, a large amount, all over the floor around and behind the night stand in between the beds. There was dust a 1/2 inch thick on top of the armoire. The tub was gross. I could go on and on, but I won’t. Went to front desk and the lady was very nice, advised us since we booked third party they could not refund the money. I have not gotten my money returned and had to leave there and go find another place to stay at midnight. Straight disaster. Never, ever, again."

"Overall, hotel was clean. After about a day TN got some serious rain, not sure if it contributed to the room issues we had afterwards or what, but there was serious mildew smells from the bathroom. Throughout the night it would smell like cat pee. There were some ants around the sink that weren’t there before, and some other bugs. Other things I noticed was the bathtub faucet was not caulked, so you had to hold onto it when switching it from bath to shower. The main door was not even, and the toilet paper holder looked like it was coming out of the wall. Over all noise was pretty minimal. Location was convenient. Bed was clean, but was a spring mattress, and it must have been broken because sometimes it made a noise like there was something wrong with the spring. For 4 days it was nice, but I wouldn’t want to stay there a week."

"Only good thing about this place. Was Cindy super nice n friendly. The room was disgusting and full roaches every where . I guess people live there.They have cats and dogs barking all night n all day . I had to clean the bathroom. It was full of Ashes and cigarettes. I had to go and get towels and paper toilet at the front desk. At the one towel they left behind was disgusting. I will never stay there again. But cindy was the only good thing about that experience. It's like the morning lady at the front desk was kind of rude When I asked for towels, sea said she really doesn't give out towels. And that's when I told her, well, I never got no towels or paper toilet. I guess that's a lot of drug activity. And drug addicts there they don't seem like they trust their clients. The second night that I was staying there at 3 in the morning. The police was flashing the flashlight through the window. Scare the hell out of me. I guess they were looking for someone . But it was disgusting and a lot of roaches A lot of roaches"
