I would also like to mention that everything was clean and tidy, which made our stay even more pleasant. "The owner was very arrogant, there was a spider’s nest in the room, we left there covered in bites, internet didn’t work for a second in nine days, the location is on the top of a hill, unpaved full of potholes and very dusty, very far from the beach… I don’t recommend it in any circumstances!!!"

"Fantastic hotel, great location not far from the main strip but far enough to not be noisy. 5 mins walk to flower street, 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 mins walk from Restaurant Djanny etc. The staff are very friendly and keen to help with any request and also give you local info if you haven't been to sunny beach before. Rooms are basic but clean with everything you need, beds comfy, good air con and a fridge.. The pool is tiny but great for cooling down plus it's quiet and not busy. I like to swim in the sea anyway so this didn't bother me. Next time I'm in the area i will definitely look to book here again. "

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. We had some issues with our room but I think was due to the recent refurb and some issues not resolved in construction. The hotel changed us to a different room and all was sorted. Staff speak a bit of English but I would say it did cause some communication issues occasional as they are not all fluent. The pool is beautiful but gets shade from 4pm onwards - so it’s a bit chill in June. "
