"A lovely well presented and equipped cottage, ideally located for day trips into Stratford upon Avon and Warwick. Teabags, coffee, milk, bread and butter were waiting for us when we got there. We loved the peace and quiet of the location and would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage to anyone looking for a break in this location."

"Communication hosts Karin and Matt excellent booking to stay couldnt do enough for us. Wine and milk much appreciated. Property excellent 👌 clean everything there we could need. About 25 minute walk into Strarford where there is so much to do. Excellent pub and shop on the doorstep too. Highly recommend had a fabulous time away"

"I had a superb stay, the property was extremely well-equipped. Communication on how to find and pick up keys was very well done, all in all, I would strongly recommend, this made for a far more relaxed stay than hotels which I would usually use for my business trips. "

"A very enjoyable stay in the pretty and quiet village of Badby. The house was just as described and perfect for our needs. Good little playground and cafe and pub a short walk away. In a perfect world the curtains in the bedrooms would have blackout lining (for the summer sunrises) and the dishwasher would be replaced as the racks are shedding rust, but otherwise a fantastic stay."

"Gym basic - just home kit really - but better than most hotel gyms despite that, and the pool was swimmable in early March despite not been up to the temp the owners aim for (but don't expect until April). Lovely property and location, was there for work but would return for holiday!"

"Stayed here for Christmas at this beautiful cottage. From the time of booking, Merrick was a pleasure to deal with. He even arranged for the fire to be lit for when we got there! Upon arrival the cottage was so appealing and absolutely immaculate. It was everything that we had hoped for. It had everything that you could need and all of it was of the highest quality. "A beautiful, spacious, secluded, property with great country views. Peace and tranquility meant instant relaxation. Just a 2 mile drive to Foxton Locks, and a few miles to Market Harborough. Miles of open countryside which is very rolling, ideal for challenging cycling. My only criticism is that the sound insulation between the two semi detached properties was inadequate. Otherwise marvellous and we will return."

"What a fantastic place to stay. Beautifully designed and in the most gorgeous of settings. Very, very clean & everything we needed was provided. Kitchen/dining full of the latest tech & appliances. Comy sofa & great tv in lounge area. The bathroom & bedroom upstairs were so lovely. The communication with Susan & being shown around on check-in by Gaia was superb. The driving instructions were spot on. A wonderful location, so quiet & peaceful with lovely views of the countryside. We thoroughly...
