"Room was fine apart from carpet is pretty dirty, also mould around bath & extremely cold, reception brought a plug in radiator, the sheet felt damp & under the pillows even more so The pool is amazing, but no privacy in changing rooms or spin dryer for swim clothes or hairdryers"

"I only booked 30 minutes before I arrived (which was 2 hours early 😂) unfortunately I have forgotten the young ladies name at the desk but she was fantastic, she went out her way to try and get me in early but couldn't... left my bags in there storage room and came back later where the same lady was fantastic yet again... Next day for breakfast and she was on again at breakfast and another lady checked me out who was equally great. The team at this hotel were fantastic and im already looking to book here for next year for another race."
