"Location is spot on. Hotel excellent in all areas. Reception 100% staff great. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Food and drink great. Best of all the free use of pool _ sauna _ steam room and jaccuzzi within the pool. Will deffinatly be back here as we come to Edinburgh 4 times a year. "

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The customer service was excellent. We traveled with our two kids and having access to a pool was amazing after long days of walking. The breakfast was excellent and the views from the restaurant were amazing as well. Would definitely stay their again "

"Had a great stay, all staff most helpful and courteous, bed very comfortable with good choice of pillows, food excellent, both dinner and breakfast. Only negative point was there was no room care during our two night stay, I presume just an oversight but it certainly didn’t detract from our stay. Looking forward to staying again. "
