Everything was great,staff was excellent

The hotel was clean and plenty of parking available. Situated in a nice area. The AC was a bit weak.

Cozy and quiet. Near enough to everything that we could walk. EXCELLENT staff, all around, truly. Very pleasant breakfast served downstairs each morning. Highly recommend.

Nice size room on floor 3, could not hear any noise at all. We arrived early and were able to store our bags in a secure room. The room had all the amenities needed for our 2 night stay and was cleaned and towels changed. The bar was busy with people eating and drinking, we managed to get a table outside both nights and had a few drinks! We liked the hotel, all of the staff were very helpful and we would go back.

The staff were wonderful, the lobby was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was well varied and tasty, and our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great spot to put down while visiting Belfast

It was so nice to have off street parking as cars were sometimes triple parked on the street. It was a very large and comfortable apartment in easy walking distance to a bus stop into the city and a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay.

The main train station is the next door neighbors!!!

We absolutely love this property! It is an old-fashioned feeling, super clean very close to Queens University. The staff was great.

I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. Great place to stay as I was here to help my daughter move in to her dorm at ELMS at Queens University located right around the corner. There is a market across the street and two pubs. Shopping and coffee shops are close. Perfect location in Belfast. Very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Pizza at the bar 24/7.
