"The hotel was beautiful, room was so big and well designed, had dinner in the hotel and it was lovely customer service was excellent would definitely recommend staying there as it was so close to the airport and city centre thank you!"

"The property itself was beautiful, and dining in the restaurant accompanied by a pianist was a truly wonderful experience. The food was exceptional, and I couldn’t fault it. However, the hotel room was disappointing in comparison. It was looking rather tired, with chipped paint on the furniture, a missing drawer knob, and a very ordinary bathroom that didn’t quite live up to the elegance of the property. Additionally, there was an empty champagne bottle left outside our room when we arrived, which detracted from the overall first impression. While the setting, food, and live music were excellent, the condition and presentation of the room fell short of expectations."

"Amazing hotel with exceptional staff, the service was brilliant. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. Room was large and had all the facilities you’d need. It is a city centre hotel on the corner of busy roads, so there can be some noise at night (only noticed it on one of our nights). Benefit of location is that you are within walking distance of City Hall, St George’s Market and we did walk back from Titanic Museum (40 mins). So definitely positives outweigh any negatives."
