There is plenty to see and do in the area too with walks and botanical gardens close by and not to far away from supermarkets and shops if needed. "This place is pretty tired and no effort is made to make it look less tired than it is. The staff gives lots of good chat and is perfectly friendly but there was not much substance behind it. The milk I was promised for my room never materialised, room service was left in the hallway all day, etc. a charge for coffees at breakfast was added without being told there was a charge for « specialty ». Overall quite disappointing."
