"Robert was a great host! He is located outside of town and is easy to find. Very quiet. Room was spacious and all amenities were provided. Lots of options for breakfast and everything was delicious. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly and there was a nice selection of snacks and breakfast items in our room. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and the bar was good too. Our only complaint was that there was no WIFI for our entire stay which made it difficult for planning some activities due to the fact everything is booked online these days. "

"Beautiful house and gardens although when we were there it rained a lot so didn't get chance to use the garden. Really friendly hosts nothing was too much trouble and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. EV charging is not a problem either. All in all, perfect hosts and a perfect weekend break."

"Great place to stay. Host was very friendly and he told me about the area and where to visit. Water pressure (shower) is the best in my UK visit. Everything was super clean. Slept very well. Saw deer and peasants on the road in. Would stay here again. "

"Booked 2 Rooms & when we arrived the Host said she wasn't letting out Rooms anymore so we were stuck at 7.30pm with nowhere to stay. Having trouble getting a Refund from you. Definitely wouldn't recommend."

"We had an amazing stay from start to finish. Ian gave us a tour if the castle along with a history. The rooms were cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The owners even gave us a ride to the tram when we were unable to find a taxi. Sue and Ian are a friendly helpful couple. "

One of the party was injured and our host went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable.
