"Fenced in yard was great for my dog. House was clean but there was leftover food in the fridge & stray laundry pieces in the washer from previous guests. Only stayed one night while traveling & house meet my needs for the night."

"Super easy to find, good accommodations, fit for one or a small group. Only cons were that the futon is comfy as a couch, maybe not a bed; and the kitchen doesn't have an oven or toaster.Would absolutely book again or even look at the other properties at the site!"

"We enjoy having our own private space instead of a hotel so we really didn't need much and this place was very spacious had a private space outside. Very windy in Joplin, it was quite nice. It was clean and we really enjoyed the king size bed it would have been amazing if there was a big bathtub in that huge walk-in closet off of the main ensuite where the sunlight is wow. But that is just a recommendation. There is a very steep driveway. Definitely need your parking brake"
