"Room bathroom was very dirty. I asked to please clean the bathroom floor because it was full of hair. They came and left it exactly the same way. I had to clean it myself. They charged my credit more than 10 times with different amounts. I spent at least 2 hours at the front desk trying to resolve the issue and another hour on the phone. Im still waiting the resolve the issue."

"The room was disgusting. It smelled like a dirty gym locker. The bathroom smelled awful like leaking sewage and the shower was not clean with red mold stains everywhere and peeling caulking on all the seams. We didn’t even try to shower. The toilet actually had a slow leak at the back turn off valve that was corroded and the seams of the floor to the walls had a 1/2 inch gap from the molding. The whole room was absolutely gross and unsanitary. The only redeeming quality was the warmth of Kelley at the breakfast buffet, she was lovely and made the breakfast look beautiful. Will not stay again."

"Showed up, you said I wasn’t in the system, but yet I’m in the system to leave a review?!?! Never got to check in, offered no assistance to help find another room. Will never book this hotel again, and I travel to Syracuse often. This room was booked 6 months in advance, my room should have been reserved! "

"It looks completely updated from the outside but the inside told a completely different story. Everything was old and outdated and smelled musty. I know fitness centers in hotels are subpar at best but this didn’t even have any functionally working equipment. Staff was friendly enough but seemingly distracted in other things. "

"The room and hotel were clean upon initial glance. Renovations made the hotel look on par with your normal hotel brands. However, our bathroom ceiling was leaking, hotel staff were sparse, lobby coffee was bitter and cold, there's no elevators to the 2nd floor for your bags. I didn't really have high hopes for a Red Roof brand, but I still wouldn't likely stay again."
