"Really nice room. Bathroom is well lit and the bed was very comfortable, excellent location for walking to the Forum where we were seeing a show. We did not have the breakfast because we travelled when the train line experienced flooding and left early to get the only available train running. I would definately stay again"

Richard was especially accommodating in allowing me to store my luggage closer to my departure time ( which was quite late into the night). "

"Lovely place to stay! Unfortunately we didn’t have food/breakfast or drink in the bar as we checked in at 11pm after a late flight and just wanted to get home in the mornign! Great location, easy to find and room was ideal! Clean, tidy and comfortable. Tea and coffee, lovely shower! Would definitely stay again! "

"We had a nice stay at the Clayton. Room was comfortable. We tried the breakfast buffet on our last day which was fairly good as I am usually not a fan. The Cozy Club was our favorite breakfast spot. "

"This hotel is amazing! We booked our stay there based on the pictures online. We had no idea how beautiful the place would be. We stayed in a converted Georgian townhouse. To get to our room, we walked through the center garden to a different building. It was exquisite and made you feel the history of the buildings. The location was perfect. We were within a five minute walk of the Roman baths and the Pump Room. It took us about fifteen minutes to get to the Jane Austen Society, the Roman Circus, and the Royal Crescent. I would recommned this hotel to anyone. "
