Fall: The area is not only gorgeous, but quieter in fall. Take in the fall colours in autumn sitting at the dock, in the screened in porch, or on your hikes. You may notice the lake water lower than it is in the summer. The lake is dam-controlled and some of our water is used to help support other waterways.
