"This hotel was an awful place in my trip.
It smells with no friendly reception and rude because they do not speak English.
Property has wrong address. Cab spent 30 minutes around to find this hotel and cost me more to pay to the driver.
There is a phone number but they do not answer."

"We were very happy to stay in the hotel for 3 nights. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice.
Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly!
Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area."

"The staff is nice and the linens are clean but this is not a good hotel. Bring slippers as there is carpet in the room which is extremely dirty and stained so you will not want to walk on in with your bare feet. The air conditioner freezes so don't put the temp below 23 C and close the bathroom door with the fan on after a shower or it will freeze the A/C. If it freezes, turn it to fan only for a few hours and it will start working again. There is a basketball court/soccer field outside of the...

"I recommend Laguna Beach Club near Bazaleti Lake to everyone, who likes relax, sun, quiet places near the beach. Gela, who is an owner of this hotel is a great person and there is an super amazing dog Charlie. Food is excellent, staff is very friendly and professional, you can walk to the beach and the water in Bazaleti Lake is just very nice with healing habits. Surrounding area is beautiful with fresh and healthy air. I plan to visit this place again. Enjoy your trip to Bazaleti. Thank you,...

"This place is located in the center of Tbilisi, and we really liked everything — great quality and good service, clean worth the price. Highly recommend. Thank you."
"I was received in the hotel very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a refrigerator and coffee and tea in my room. When I asked for an early breakfast, they arranged it for me, and breakfast was great! . The hotel is near the city center of Tbilisi, but in a real quiet neighbourhood. I would recommend it to every one!"
Gino Seaside Tbilisi, Trademark Collection by Wyndham
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is beautiful. The property is lovely and the proximity next to Gino Paradise was wonderful for some serious waterslide and wave pool fun! The staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the way the staff treated the neighbourhood cats and dogs- always petting them and giving them treats and being kind. The hotel could use a pop machine but the availability and affordability of room service and taxis using the Bolt app made it a non-issue. The beds are comfortable, the rooms have a lot of nice features that really feel “extra” such as a heated drying rack, a kitchenette in standard rooms, bidet, and air conditioning. The swimming pool is nice- refreshing (read: quite chilly). As Canadians, we didn’t mind; we enjoyed cold plunges and swims even during a rain storm at night! The breakfast buffet is okay. There are a variety of items, but the breads and croissants are stale each day, labelling is odd, and there are very few things you would normally have in a breakfast buffet in Europe or North America. They had what they called “French Toast” but it was not French Toast. It was not dipped in egg or pan fried. It was just toasted, rock hard, and sprinkled with a little
Icing sugar. (We thought the spaghetti option one morning was fun though.) The breakfast was included with our booking. I would not have paid to go a second time, but we went because it was already included. Other than that, we had a lovely time at the resort and would definitely stay there again!"
"Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome exhausted travelers at midnight. A pathetic excuse for a breakfast buffet as well. Rooms good."
