"Beautiful hotel in the heart of krakow, within easy walking access of all the sites although in a nice quiet area. Staff were very helpful and friendly, even booked our trip to Auschwitz and Birkenhau for us before we arrived after I emailed them. Happy hour between 4 - 6 everyday was a bonus too. Booked bed and breakfast but decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the first evening, food was superb. Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and warm. Bathroom was spacious as well. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was useful in case you arrive late from the airport or dont feel like going out. The only draw back was the distance to the old town which was a half hour walk. There is a tram stop 15 mins walk from the hotel which can take you into the city centre. The old Jewish quarter in Kazimierz is also close by (15 min walk) with a good selection of restaurants. "

"Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back. "

Children age below 12 years old were allowed in the Jacuzzi. No email address to communicate with the property directly.
