"Very nice attention, in the middle of the mountain, with very friendly owners, and home made breakfast. Not a lot of options for dining close by, so be prepared to bring things for dining, or travel a little to get to a restaurant during the week (there are restaurants close by in Ea on the weekends, 5 minutes away from the property). Regardless of this, we liked a lot our stay in Udaibai Etxea."

"The hotel is worth the price you pay. Its location is close to the Bilbao bus terminal where you can arrive easily from Madrid in 4 hours. Using the "Autonomia" street you can walk to everywhere. Even you can walk to the city center and to the famous museum. I truly recommend this hotel. Kudos to Savier and the rest of front desk people. They always receive you with a smile and willing to help. Thank you guys! Eduardo Cruz"
