"Airport shuttle"

"Everything was perfect except for the length of our stay. Next time we are in the area, we will make sure to stay at least a full night if not for a few nights. The place was beautiful, great views, a fun 3 par course, and a nice pool (we didn't get to use). To top it off, the Palacio was a short 7 minute drive to the Bilbao airport, making it a no brainer for our trip. To to it all of, the staff was kind and helpful. All in all, I look forward to visiting again if I'm ever in the area."

"Es n hotel maravilloso. Pequeño, con una decoración preciosa, la atención impecable, comida deliciosa, piscina preciosa frente al mar. Espectacular para parejas o amigos y con niños no muy pequeños"

"Clean and well furnished property. I was a tad concerned with the virtual key system but it actually works very well. It has everything you need for a stay. The only cons are it’s in a somewhat rundown part of the old town. The air con system whilst efficient is on the noisy side. Overall I really enjoyed my stay."

"Location is perfect but if you’re driving, parking is a vey problematic, they don’t have a garage so you’ll be subjected to fight for a parking spot especially the weekend. The hotel itself is as advertised , old and charming. So no A/C , rooms are spacious and clean and the staff made up for all the inconveniences, very accommodating and helpful . I’ll still consider staying here next time"
