"The staff was excellent, so very helpful when I realized I left a jacket behind. They were able to send it ahead to where we were staying in a few days. Breakfast on the seventh floor was lovely both the food, view & staff. It was an about 15 to 20 minute walk into the old town but easy to do. We really enjoyed our time at the grand artist."

"The ac/ heat unit was broken. The sheets were poorest quality and shedding dryer balls. Couldn’t open the window more than an inch so the room was miserably hot and uncomfortable. It was loud AF next to the highway. Room was clean, the tires were the only nice accommodation but they only gave us 1 towel for 2 people. We had to request 1 more towel. Anyhow, do yourself a favor and stay at a nicer hotel. You get what you pay for. We went from the hotel Carlton 5 star to this because we were 2 hours away and getting bd into Bilbao at 2300 So didn’t event pay another nights 5 star price when we had 7 am check-in at the airport. I wish I had now I might’ve slept better!"

"Hotel is 10 min walk yo the Guggenheim Museum and 20 min to the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was disappointing, especially for a triple occupancy. It was quite small, and the beds were not very comfortable. The overall condition of the room felt worn, with older materials that didn’t match the price point. There were also some practical issues—there were flies in the room, and basic amenities were lacking. There were no USB charging ports, no complimentary water, and no fridge, which we would normally expect at this level. Overall, while the location and staff were positives, the room quality and amenities did not meet our expectations for the price."
