"A little trouble checking in with the door code. Instructions email was the problem. It said to put in the code and press lower left button which was the problem it turned out to be lower right button after changing the code 5 times it all got straighten out and no problems after that. Instructions on operating the TV and Heater would have been helpful."

"Comfy beds, good location, nice having a washer and dryer. Well stocked with essentials, but could use a baking sheet. Updated? Not at all. Kitchen and appliances and bathrooms are very dated, carpet is old and stained, deck furniture old, torn (one chair broken) and dirty. A few of the upright 2x2” deck railing pieces are loose at the bottom, which I found out when I swept. Not great for kids… The door to the deck closes with great difficulty, needs to be adjusted. Relatively clean except for picture windows out to the deck, which were filthy. Very easy access so I’m not sure why. Quick response via text when the electronic lock acted up, but I couldn’t contact anyone via their phone messaging system. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is tired and worn out. Would not recommend or return. "
