"This is the cutest and cleanest place we have rented. It has everything you need in the nicest neighborhood. It felt very safe. We walked around the lake close by and tried some of the restaurants the owner suggested. They were great!! After coming to Lakeland for years with our daughter for competitions, our only regret is not finding this gem sooner. You don’t be disappointed!!"

"In town for a baseball tournament location is great, 6 min from the fields. Nice to have coffee in the morning looking out at the lake from the deck. We didn’t have time to use the pool but it was very tempting! Hosts were great, no complaints at all. Highly recommend."

"This is a hidden gem! The owners have meticulously renovated this unit. The area around seems a little rough at first but we had no issues at all! I would highly recommend this stay for the price point and don’t pass on the local donut shop around the corner!"

"The only down side was that we are very close to where they are continuing to build and did not feel like we could walk outside much. We Did not get a chance to use the pool and mini-golf, but the additional gaming room at this property was very helpful!! Loved it all!!"

The studio was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. It is approximately 2-3 miles from restaurants, gas stations and Starbucks. "I love booking with Florida Vacation Homes but was disappointed that I couldn’t get into the property for my early check in. The property was filthy on the outside in the back and front. The pool and spa cooled off on day 3 of my 7 day stay and I paid for them to be heated. The showers on the upper level were cold and little water flow. The cookware was minimum.
