"The location and the resort were good. We enjoyed the pool and the beds were comfortable. However, the internet was not set up in the condo, so we were unable to watch any TV or streaming services. The unit is a ground unit, but there are 2 flights of stairs to get down to the unit from the parking lot, which was not stated in the site listing. There were also no instructions on check-out for trash drop-off location (it is located at the far end of the parking lot, up the 2 flights of stairs)....

"We did enjoy the indoor pool. However, we struggled with finding the keypad. It turned out ok. We did message management for assistance and only received automated responses. The property was everything we required and was comfortable. There were multiple outdoor amenities, but we did not use… looked new. This not a luxury property. The listing was accurate and filled our needs. "
