"Missy was nice and easy to communicate with but the house seemed like people currently lived in it. There were clothes in the closest and opened food in the refrigerator. It seemed clean but there was trash/take out containers under some of the furniture."

"This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. We spent our first full day of vacation cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds are awful. Awful. The appliances are in need of replacement.
