Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana All-Inclusive Resort

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The property was nice, the rooms were well maintained, and the food was decent. The lobster was definitely worth the extra fee. The water park was the highlight of the trip. It was small enough to easily keep an eye on the kids but had enough activities to keep them entertained for hours. Our youngest can swim, so this setup worked well for our family. My only concern was that the lifeguards could be a little more patient with children. There were a couple of instances where my son was corrected for things that seemed unnecessary, including being told to move a water cannon that was already in the water and being rushed down a slide when no other children were waiting. The pool bars also stopped making drinks about 15 minutes before closing, which was disappointing. We paid extra for VIP, which included private check-in and access to the VIP lounge with premium liquor and snacks. The lounge and staff were great, but I’m not sure the VIP upgrade was worth the additional cost. We also had butler service, and while our butler was very attentive, we mainly used the service for dinner reservations and WhatsApp updates. For our family, I wouldn’t pay extra for the butler service again."

"Medical staff was clueless n very unhelpful. She seemed not to have any intrest helping with a simple gauze & bandage. It took the fro t desk 2 minute to pull out the first aid kit n help. Everything else was good"
