"I had fun but my AC wasn’t working and the cold water wasn’t working"

"The hotel room was OK.. except 2 days when nobody come to clean,to change towels... The buffet was acceptable....not too much variety..same everyday... For kids...not to many choices. The waterparks...kids club was good. The beach not clean...lots of cigarettes in the sand...rest of food...and a lot of seaweed.....They try to clean but very slow... Compare with other resort the staff was not friendly...not smile....don't ask anything..... Everybody waiting for tips.... Recommend this resort only if you have kids who likes to play in the pool and waterpark! Cleaning can be improved! I don't want to come back here.. I traveled with my husband,2 toddler and parents.. 1 toddler and 2 adults got stomach flu... The room with 2 kids and 2 adults asked everyday for water bottles who supposed to be provided daily."

"The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful the only issue I had was getting dinner reservations at the steak house but I was accommodated, so it worked out. There’s a shuttle that takes you around to the other properties like the casino and waterpark beach club. Very nice hotel would highly recommend"

"This resort is great! The kids had a blast, everyone was so nice and helpful, everything was clean. The only pool activities they have are by the central pool, no animation teams at any other pool and the seating there is hard to get. Food is also repetitive at the buffet and not much authentic Dominican food. Otherwise no complaints and we all had fun!"

"Clean rooms, amazing staff, great food. They were making upgrades while there- such as the gym was closed majority of time we were there which was slightly aggravating. "

"I enjoyed everything the staff EXCELLENTE , so give them a raise. The room I stayed in was a bit dated. The bathroom wall was not properly sanded down It could use updating to more modern bathroom. I.e. bathroom mirror with the lights behind it so you can see better."
