John is the best host we have ever encountered. He took care of every need we had. This is a building that is over 100 years old but has been modified very tightly into a wonderful B&B. The breakfasts are to die for don't miss even one, like we did. We enjoyed it so much we added an additional day.

From when I arrived in Glasgow, easily found the hotel using my GPS. The parking was tricky at first as it seemed like a two way street but with cars parking on both sides, it quickly made it into a one lane road. The hotel mentioned that there were other locations to park nearby. I neglected to ask for the other parking options so I parked on the side of the road. Other than that, the location was perfect and only about a 5 minute walk to 'Oran Mor's', "A Play, A Pie and A Pint". Not...

This property was an unexpected surprise! The room was newly renovated and had everything we needed for our one night stay. It will be a great value for your money.

Beautiful B & B, great local attractions within walking distance, clean and comfortable room. Their breakfast options are delicious! Would definitely recommend.

Scott was a delightful host. The breakfast was a true highlight. The room was cozy and comfortable. The private bath was a welcome amenity! Additionally, his advice on transportation and navigation in and out of the city was invaluable!

Great location for visiting Stirling Castle and shopping and train/bus connections. Lots of stairs. Our room was a double with double bed en suite. It was really small, but clean. However, the bathroom was very cold as was the floor - a rug on the floor would help. Recommend they put hooks or shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and add other hooks for clothing in the room. Great owners! Wonderful breakfast and breakfast room with a nice view.

We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.!

Here are my Pros. Good location. Had free parking. And the best was the breakfast and our breakfast hostess, Pauline. Pauline was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond for my Mom. The beds are rather hard and my mom mentioned it and by the time we got back to our rooms she had a foam topper on her bed!! Amazing! There’s also a handy grocery store right across the street. Fletchers is also a very nice restaurant and after a long day of sightseeing it was nice to...

Such a nice place! So well kept and such a good location on the square. Amazing restaurant downstairs and the breakfast was incredible. Service was amazing and the gentleman checking us in was hilarious and welcoming! Would advise anyone visiting Hburgh to stay here!
