"Very easy/quick check-in. Person at the front desk was very friendly. The room was perfect. Clean & comfy. Easy access to freeway. Will definitely stay here again if ever in El Paso. "

"The hotel was in good condition. We were surprised that there were no phones in the rooms, so we couldn't call the office when we had a problem. The people promptly and satisfactorily addressed our problem. The pillows were all too thick for me; I would prefer one thinner, since that is all I can take. But the bed was comfortable enough. The tub/shower had no plug and no hardware to plug it into, only a hole in the bottom of the tub. So a bath was unavailable. We had a hard time tuning in the...
