"I was extremely disappointed. I paid to stay for an additional few hours as my flight is late in the day. While I was out housekeeping bagged my bags. They didn’t see the notes and additional payment (according to them), even though I verified it before I left for the day."

The youngman at the registration office was very personable and friendly, the woman who checked us in not so friendly. All the housekeeping and grounds staff were also very nice. It is an older hotel but we did enjoy it."
