Shahid went above and beyond to correct a few issues I had with the room like a drain stopper and iron. This hotel is in the same parking lot as the Mystic Diner that has a great atmosphere and great food. Across the street is the Old Mystic Village shops which you can walk over to. I was planning to visit other parts of CT, but added an extra day because it was such a nice area. "
