"It's a bit out of downtown Provincetown, but only 2 minutes. I had a lovely ocean facing, but not ocean front room. It was a large room with large sliding glass doors. What I wasn't expecting was a big kitchenette. Real oven, big refrigerator, 2 burner stove and all the supplies that go with it. Good Internet."

"Paul and Michele are truly SUPER HOSTS. Instructions, communication, checkin, checkout, and everything in between says they are the best of the best. The first evening we were met with a beautiful sunset across the bay and adjacent to one of the two visible lighthouses/tower. We enjoyed the location, right on the beach, and the walk on the uncrowded beach that probably reaches all the short distance to P-town. It was a very short drive to great restaurants and a combo-deli/market (East End Market) that served novel soups and sandwiches as well as all the items we needed for charcuterie on the deck of the cottage. The cottage is like a mini-home, everything we needed located right on the beach. The nautical items and collectibles were fascinating. I found the numerous hooks throughout the cottage very useful. Too often not even the best of hotels offer this convenience. Unfortunately, a major storm cut our stay short but we got enough of a taste for the area and the hospitality of Paul and Michele that we already look forward to returning as schedules permit."

"This is one of a strip of several charming little bungalows on the "bay side" of the Cape, offering a great view of Cape Cod Bay, including the Pilgrim Monument in the center of Provincetown, a couple of miles to the east. It's the very definition of "efficiency," with not a square foot of wasted space, particularly in the bathroom. Our communication with the hosts, Tony and Steve, was excellent, and check-in and checkout were easy. Of all the advantages it offers, we appreciated the water views and location the most; it's situated within an hour of many of our favorite venues, including restaurants and stores run by local owners. Overall, we enjoyed a welcome and relaxing stay here."
