"This was an excellent property, very well kept clean and much more spacious than the listing indicates. Ample room for a large family with lots of private spaces. On a nice quiet cul-de-sac with good neighborhood streets to walk the dog and also close to the state park down the street. Also very good location between Chatham and Orleans. Great for adults and children alike."

"Well-maintained family home tucked away in an idyllic Harwich nook. Lots of room to spread out, and perfect for littles. Had everything we needed for our week on the Cape. Low profile service yet there if we needed. Del Mar is doing great work on the Cape. We've been seasonal guests for 40 years and I'm so glad to see this company stewarding great properties as of the last ten years. My extended family has a legacy home under repair and this was a great home away from home while we couldn't stay...
