"The Orchard is a fantastic property. The place is shiny new with top fixtures and a lovely layout that is comfortable but also blends in with the strongly bucolic spirit of the region. We didn't mind the lack of tv as it encouraged us to really venture out and explore the Cotswolds. Church Hanborough is also a lovely village to explore on foot from the property, though you need to drive a few minutes for other services. "We have been visiting Oxford for 3 years now since our daughter has been studying at the University. This place far outshines any of the other VRBO listings that we have rented. Very clean, spacious, plenty of facilities for a family to also host guests and friends to attend graduations, get togethers, sporting events etc. Hosts are excellent and work hard to make you feel comfortable and have an enjoyable stay!"

The location is ideal for anyone wanting quiet country walks amongst wonderful countryside or as a base for exploring Cotswold villages and nearby towns.
