Staying at Ye Olde Red Lion was a fun experience. It is probably the most unique place I've stayed with its blending of old, old and new and updated rooms. I would stay here again. We were in Arran Room which was very nice other than the mattress should be replaced. It is uncomfortable. The outside grounds need some cleaning and TLC, too. Very quaint and quiet hotel in the Oxfordshire countryside; great room, excellent restaurant with an abundant breakfast included.

Beautiful hotel! The room was spacious and clean with an amazing view! We had a great dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed walking around the property as well as in Goring.

The front end staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. They helped us get our take away food very late at night. I would recommend them to anyone who is planning to travel to Oxford!!! Well done!!!

The Railway Inn is a small hotel, over a pub that closes reasonably early and literally next to the train lines. The barkeep is also the hotel staff and the breakfast cook. She is terrific and lively. My room was on the second floor - spacious with two excellent twin beds, comfortable bedding and kettle, cookies, etc. They would like entry by 22.00 which I did not see in the ad, so I arrived later and she directed me to reach my room, which she had left open. Fabulous 2 night stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent shower and the staff were amazing. Great restaurant and outdoor patio area. Highly recommend this Inn.
