"Parking is almost non existent. The entrance is not handicap friendly as they have to walk up a steep incline. The staff cleaned the room but never left us replacement towels. The room was humid and the floors constantly felt wet. The entire place has a weird smell to it. The pillows are small squares the size of your head instead of actual pillows. The water pressure is awful. I will never stay here again."

"I had to change the room since the first they gave me had a terrible humidity odor. stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I asked for them to clean the room 2 more times but they told me they would clean it every 4 days. They wrote down the cleaning lady should clean the room but she only changed the towels, never changed the sheets. What’s the purpose to stay in a hotel if you don’t get cleanliness and you have to do your bed daily? This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel...
