"I found the cleaning to be desired because the floor was sticky, the towels and sheets stained, the mattress and pillow were of good quality the service I found well below the best western network that I always stay, the front desk were unwilling and still asked for bank information and Expedia recommends not to pass any information, I did but I found it strange because the other times it had never happened."

"At first I thought the receptionist was pretty nice until I started complaining about bugs crawling on the bed and in the bathroom floor and tub, dont think it was bedbugs just bugs period made me uncomfortable, she offered and did changed my room and we saw bugs in the tub in that room after that refund was asked for and was given.."

"I had to change the room since the first they gave me had a terrible humidity odor. stayed 10 nights and they only cleaned the room once. I asked for them to clean the room 2 more times but they told me they would clean it every 4 days. They wrote down the cleaning lady should clean the room but she only changed the towels, never changed the sheets. What’s the purpose to stay in a hotel if you don’t get cleanliness and you have to do your bed daily? This is the 3rd time we stayed in this hotel...
